These sessions include intuitive, energy and crystal techniques to assist in balancing and enhancing energy and energizing &/or relaxing mind and body.
Jenn utilizes her Spiritual gifts and techniques of intuition, crystal therapies, Shamanism, energy healing, and guided meditations to assist those working with her in sessions. She focuses much on empowering clients to learn and grow their intuition and to get in touch with their inner strength to assist in the healing process. Sessions are tailored to a client’s individual needs and desired results and often times focus on overall wellness and includes but is not limited to personal & spiritual development, chronic pain management, stress management, and reducing anxiety.
Healing sessions are recommended for a minimum of one hour per week, but are tailored to each individual client’s needs. Of The Essence has a 24-hour cancellation policy. We understand that things come up in life that prevent people from being able to keep scheduled appointments. We ask that we be notified at least 24-hours before a scheduled appointment if there is a need to cancel or reschedule and agreement of a charge of 75% of the session amount if you are unable to do so. We appreciate your understanding.
