CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask that you cancel scheduled appointments at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel later, we will charge 75% of the session fee, payable before booking again. Repeated late cancellations may result in ending services or refusing future bookings at Of The Essence.

PSYCHOLOGICAL & MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Sessions at Of The Essence focus on holistic energy and spiritual wellness. They are complementary practices and should not replace proper medical or psychiatric care.

Jenn Castillo Staats and Of The Essence, LLC accept clients case by case and may refuse services or scheduling based on scope of practice and availability.
